Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label and the included packing slip.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging along with the packing slip into a secure shipping mailer and attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
